Hunger Task Force

For seven years, the Brewers Community Foundation and Hunger Task Force teamed up for the CBS 58 Thanksgiving food drive. The drive in donations started from 5AM to 6PM. Courtesy of the Milwaukee Brewers and other local companies, all donors received a bag full of coupons, treats, and a Lorenzo Cain bobblehead. But if you stopped by from 8-9AM someone special handed out those bobble heads.

Cain’s teammate Ryan Braun, icon of the Brewers, flew to Milwaukee from California to help out with the drive. He only stayed for a few hours because later that night he had to catch a flight home to California to spend Thanksgiving with his family. This year was Ryan Braun's fifth year participating in the food drive. Other special guests started showing up as well. Last year, the Craig Counsell gang came out for a few hours and helped as well.

He snapped pictures with fans of all ages! Here are some pictures via the Milwaukee Brewers Snapchat.
